June 17, 2015 - Peter Bourne GWT Limestone Coast Cabernets Star Performers Tasting (8 Danks street, Sydney): Reductive and closed, slightly toasty notes and black fruit. On agitation farty black fruit dominates a herbaceous element. More of the same on the palate with drying tannins. Disjointed and out of whack. All over the place. I wonder if this bottle is out of condition?
