April 21, 2024 - Nose showed wilted flowers, dried fruit, mushroom, tea, sous bois and earth. The palate expanded with air to show more sweetness. It still had good freshness to keep it lively and engaging along with the grand cru weight. 92-93

April 16, 2022 - This was one of those emotional bottles just after a fantastic 2004 BM I drank a couple weeks ago. This truly rocked my world. It was sublime, balanced tertiary flavours, savoury soy sauce, truffled sois bois. Thanks PY for sharing. Lucky I managed to source one for myself.

October 24, 2021 - A simply stunning wine. A singing nose of sweet cherry, minty herbs, florals and brown sugar. The palate features fresh, silky fruit. Long, complex finish. At peak and good bottles should hold.

October 24, 2021 - A Birthday / Burgundy Dinner (The Bristol): Great color, great fill. Mature, ripe black cherry with an intense, earthy, meaty, spicy character that is so layered and nuanced with a truffly finish. Great length with a brilliantly elegant finish.
