March 12, 2023 - Hazy notes from a few days ago. Quite a lovely nose, with the medium-full bodied palate richer in fruit flavours than the nose suggested. Still has time to improve. The Pegasus Bay 2012 Pinot had more pinosity than this bottle and was a little less rich, but both were drinking very well now (A-).

July 12, 2019 - Mushroom nose, Really good long acid, raspberries and white cherry, a little funky and natural. Acid holding the wine together well. Tasted blind and guessed it to be a few years younger. Holding together well.

February 3, 2018 - This may be one of the best value Pinots around. I love this wine for $35 AUD. Jammy! Just bought another dozen....

July 20, 2017 - Medium ruby. Medium plus intensity aromas of cherries, strawberries and subtly struck vanilla. Medium plus acidity, medium plus alcohol, medium body, medium tannin and long length. Blackberry on the palate, well balanced. A very good wine which has improved since the last one I had and should improve further.

July 3, 2017 - NobleRottersSydney - Otago Pinot (360 Bar & Dining, Sydney): {screwcap, 14%} (Glenn) Nose cherry and cool menthol, but with enough age to shave the hard edges off, that are often in Otago pinots. This has a fairly low-key palate; the cherry fruits have a tart quality to them. The oak is discreet, there are soft open gritty tannins. It’s medium-bodied, there’s not much past the mid-palate, but it manages a medium length, if slightly simple, finish. Ready to drink.
