March 29, 2023 - Unique and excellent. I decanted this to give it a little air, let it warm up and remove the sediment then put it back in the bottle serving it about 30 minutes later. Complex wine with exotic spice, citrus peel and curry scents - excellent companion to a curried chicken salad with couscous

July 21, 2018 - Very convincing white whine from Pedro Ximénez, Muscat d'Alexandria grapes. It reminds to a cool climate wine. A lot of salinity, not too much oak, not too heavy. From Magnum reallly fresh. wet stones, with a touch of lime and peel of green apple. Similar to a young Chablis. 92-93

November 17, 2016 - Best after an hour or so. Rich, but with enough acidity to balance the richness in an ok manner. Complex, with ripe stone fruit, orange peel, flowers and saltiness. A bit warm finish.

September 2, 2016 - Gorgeous. Haunting white flowers, lime, saline, minerality. Totally original and distinctive wine. Delicious. Best after about one hour open. Served with seafood paella to great effect.

November 4, 2015 - I think my second should cellar for a bit longer. This first bottle was intriguing. Light gold. Poached pear, smoky, mineralality. Syrupy yet dry. Some pith. Not sure what to pair with.

June 27, 2015 - Mixed Priorat Tasting: Flavors of white flowers and peach but clearly lacks acidity. The alcohol is dominating.

September 27, 2014 - In this wine in I'm finding sweet gummy like aroma along with hawthorn and minerals on the nose. Nice concentration of sweet fruit flavours and minerality on the palate, high level of acidity and a long finish.
