June 7, 2015 - Absolutely fantastic! One of my top two or three all time favorite Sta Rita Hills Chardonnays. This time we took it to date night dinner at Todds Unique Dining and it paired quite well with soft shell crab and scallops. Nice notes of green apple, tropical fruits, minerality, and just a tad of toasty oak. Still shows a saline element common in SRH chards. Fabulous drink! One more in the cellar for one more special meal!
