December 13, 2020 - Creamy and smooth, lemon and citrus, light toasted oak. Small, tight bubbles. Not overly complex though. Very good but maybe not worth the price point, prefer Vueve for the value.

December 7, 2017 - Hopefully I can hold back and age these, but it's fabulous now. Creamy texture, just a hint of lemon, fine mousse. Best in the USA. Compares favorably with Champagne.
