Community Tasting Notes 1

March 3, 2014 - Pale lemon color. Pronounced nose of citrus, green apple, butter, white flowers, peach, stoney minerality. On the palate, the citrus is more zest than fresh fruit. Medium body, alcohol. High acidity. Long, tangy finish. Very nice!
