September 14, 2016 - One hour decant, the nose started off somewhat muted but blossoms into the classic statement of deep bell pepper and cherry. The palate is more acidic than tannic but close enough in balance that neither stands out in any significant way. Olives, bell pepper and cherry are the main flavor features of this lighter bodied, light mouthfeel, opaque wine. Drink now if you have it, more cellar time will not improve this.

May 21, 2014 - Still primary, with blackcurrant/cherry/grass/liquorice aromas. Pretty dense attack, sweet-fruity mid and somewhat alcoholic finish @13,5%. This vintage of red PF is no particular favorite of ours.
