  August 14, 2019 - Unfortunately no notes, however everyone enjoyed it characterizing it as a very good Chardonnay. I can say, it was not as good as the excellently rich 2011 Ramey from the same Ritchie Vineyard that we thankfully have more to enjoy this year as it's hitting its stride.

  July 12, 2016 - Tangerine skin with a backdrop of fresh apricot.
  Could use more acidity but the underlying mineral element is spot on.

  November 20, 2014 - Very nice Chardonnay that has a great butterscotch nose and a finish of butter and lemon notes. Good balance of being crisp with a hint of butter on the palate. Must let the wine get close to room temperature to fully enjoy its nuances.

It's good, probably right at the $50 worth, but doesn't deliver anything other than an average Chardonnay that has some butterscotch, some melon, some acidity, etc. I think I remember previous vintages being better. This is from the "dreadful" 2011 growing season (AKA overhyped as dreadful). If you're looking for a chard that will hold, then this probably isn't the one --- I modify this and look for this one to be done by 2018.
