June 13, 2021 - Dark red; dark berries, pepper; quite peppery spiced attack, nice fruity middle, quite some tannins and a dry ending; long fruity finish; nice, bold, masculine, in your face, limited nuances; not for fine dining, but works with pizza, barbecue, etc

December 12, 2020 - Dyb Granatrød.
Duften er ret intens/tæt af, solbær (Ribena solbærsaft), mørke/sorte modne kirsebær, et godt skud fad-vanilje, lille tone af lakrids, ristet kaffebønner, friske/tørret røde blomster, lille tone af røg. Alt på en ret smooth måde.
Smagen er Smooth/behagelig af duften. God frugtstruktur. Smagen er ikke "tung" men har faktisk en ret overraskende ok friskhed/kølig stil over sig.
Syren er til den milde side der lige renser..
Men der er masser af tannin med en blød stil over sig, sort te, mix af oliven, lidt lakrids.
Virker u filtreret i eftersmagen som er frugtdreven og ret behagelig.
Alt i alt...En helt ok vin, men samtidig også en vin der på en måde er ret enkelt/mainstream opbygget (men det kan jeg godt lide nogle gange, især Suolo)
