    July 13, 2021 - 80% Ch 10 each of PN 4gr dosage
On the nose: Yellow apples, elder, forest floor, yeast, white flowers, mineral and vanilla.
On the palate: Very powerful with seville orange, blond grape, bread and a tune of mango and salt in the finish. The mousse is perfect but the vintage is hard. Still good acidity
    Medium + finish

April 1, 2021 - Considering the vintage this is a great effort. Wonderful acidity and texture. Pear, apple, grapefruit, lemon all on the nose. Actually sweet ripe golden apple predominates.Finish is medium too long. Great chalky seem. Mouth watering and delicious. Happy
