September 1, 2014 - Rubino non scurissimo, riflessi porpora. Naso complesso e relativamente austero, con la componente fruttata (mora, prugna) bilanciata da decisa speziatura, non solo dolce. Molto minerale. Coerente in bocca, non concede nulla a piacevolezze facili ed enfatizza la freschezza.
