November 14, 2016 - I don't always enjoy non-dosage champagnes--often find them too chiseled and austere for my taste. I can admire the wine-making but not always the wine. This bottle could help change my mind. Antique gold, fine mousse, caressing texture, and more yeast notes than I expected. Very nice. And a good price for a nice bottle of champagne.
