Community Tasting Notes 1

  • Man in Black wrote:

December 13, 2013 - Clean and brigh, pale lemon-green colour and lots of tiny bubbles. The nose is clean and developing, showing light intensity simple aromas of bread, green apple, pear and lemon peel. It's dry in the mouth, with high lively acidity, medium alcohol, medium- body and medium- intensity flavours of green apple, pear, lemon peel and bread. Medium- finish. It's a good quality wine, it lacks complexity and length, but it's fresh and has a nice overall balance. Drink now, but it has enough acidity to develop a bit more of complexity in the next 1-2 years.
