January 31, 2023 - Licorice, plum, black cherry. Great now but could’ve cellared a little longer

November 5, 2022 - The Nearly Annual Lyon 10 Year Retro Tasting #24, Wines of Washington (Lyon Again, Eugene, OR): Super pleasant and smooth after the almost smash mouth Monte Bello. Blackberry liqueur, plum, cocoa and spice sing. Great balance of acid and tannins. 93 on day 2. now-2027.

February 23, 2022 - Pop and pour blind. Broad-shouldered, delicious wine with well-integrated dark fruit, licorice, a touch of eucalyptus, and long finish. A very impressive Red Mountain Cab blend, especially for the price. Bravo!

    September 11, 2021 - Magnum held up better that 750. 2012 redeemed.

March 25, 2021 - Definitely better than the last bottle which was dominated by harsh acids and tannins with little fruit. This is more balanced and more time may help, but not sure it has a lot of life left.
