  September 25, 2007 - Very similar note to the previous half just over a year ago. Mid to pale greenish yellow. Mineral, wet-stone nose. Honey, some citrus and lovely minerality coupled with quite a weighty texture, finishing with a lovely comb honey length. Similar profile to the 99 1er Cru Chablisienes tasted at the Chablis Offline earlier this year but with the added GC dimension of extra depth, weight and intensity. Excellent.
