May 21, 2016 - We absolutely love these earthy, rustic Italian wines. My wife was baking some fresh scrod and instead of Panko breadcrumbs she decided to create a sun dried tomato and kalamata olive topping. Well I switched from a Sauv Blanc to this wine when she took it out of the oven and I smelled the aromas. A superb pairing just like they do it on the "old country"

Earthy and rustic palate that showing well of this varietal. It has some structure while very approchable, finishes long with some sweet fruity aftertaste.
