October 22, 2013 - Typical fresh Marlborough scent, full of grass, fresh green apples with a tinge of citrusy undertones. Light and flighty on the palate, semi sweet, zesty with a slightly tart mouthfeel. A little lively on acidity due to low alcohol content, wine appears a tad watered down in a rather quick transition. Finish is lightly dry, slightly tart with nuances of grapefruit bitterness. Rounds out nicely. Overall a good wine for entry level Sauvignon Blanc drinkers. Great with pasta.
