Community Tasting Notes 8

  • Portland Pinot Pigs Does not like this wine:

December 11, 2021 - Unfortunately past it's prime. That's on us with the outer window listing as 2018. Very harsh and astringent even on the 2nd night. I wouldn't say "flawed" but definitely disappointing.

March 8, 2018 - I thought it was delicious, drinking well today

May 13, 2017 - Wonderful, smoke and characteristic Lemelson concentration and plum/cherry fruit.

January 29, 2017 - Drank over two nights...really opened up 2nd night, so recommend either waiting another couple of years stored in the cellar, or decant it. Well rounded, balanced.

May 16, 2016 - Not as robust as other vineyards
