November 23, 2006 - Thanksgiving 2006 (Anchorage): I like this wine! Shows Chardonnay for what it can be with little intervention of oak and malo. Lemon oil, steel, crushed rocks, and green apples on the nose. Minerals, acidity, and lemon curd on the front palate finishing with a bit of richness and softer acidity. This medium bodied Chablis definitely shows some complexity and was wonderful with the Thanksgiving meal.
