July 3, 2021 - it's a little past prime. Fruit is definitely starting to diminish. The Viognier is still shinning through. Still a good value wine.

December 27, 2016 - With a recommended 2015 consumption not sure what to expect. Pleasantly surprised. Mild nose with slight hints of pepper. Smooth body with minimal tannin. Easy to drink.

January 3, 2015 - Dark ruby with vivid crimson hues, showing notes of dark plum, red berries and spice on the nose.
Medium bodied, exhibits smoky toasty notes, blackberry, dark plums, spice and touch of violets on palate. Soft tannins with medium finish. Good QPR.

May 30, 2014 - Nice QPR. I used to like this circa 2005-2008 but some not so great years turned me off. The 2012 reminds me what I liked. Relatively light for a shiraz, not tannic with nice but not overly generous fruit, with a smooth buttery finish from the Viognier.
