Community Tasting Notes 1

January 17, 2014 - Stood up well to a milk-braised pork shoulder, better than a more fine-boned champagne might have. I liked the silky, tannic texture very much. A little unbalanced on the palate, though: compelling savory notes but then a less appealing strawberries-and-cream quality predominated with time.
