August 12, 2018 - Intense flavors of ripe gooseberries, aspargus, grass and a lot of roasted hazelnuts as well as chocolate-banana and caramel, due to the fermentation in 500L barrels. Fantastic structure and long-lasting finish. Yesss, Sauvignon Blanc and oak can match splendidly.
