December 29, 2023 - Gorgeous mineral and orchard fruit with a citrus backbone. Still very bright and fresh. Lovely and delicious.

December 24, 2022 - In my cellar since release. Bright light lemon yellow color. Nose is reduced showing a good bit sulfites but with air mellows to show citrus, white stone fruit, pear and apple, but mostly is mineral driven. Bright acidity and wet stones dominate the attack and the finish. Mid palate shows the fruit and a little menthol. Finish is long and lovely. This was shockingly similar to the Hanzell 2012 DeBrye vineyard chard. Youthful and crisp showing no detrimental signs of age.

October 12, 2018 - PnP at a tasting. This probably would have benefited from a decant. It has a bright medium yellow color with a slightly reduced mineral and floral nose. Honeysuckle, pear and apple are the flavors most prominent with a crisp saline finish. Very enjoyable and consistent with previous bottles.

August 24, 2018 - Light to medium lemon yellow color. The nose is light and crisp with lemon blossom, wet stones, lemon peel and a touch of palate is both crisp with acidity and textured with an oiliness about it. The flavors include lemon curd, minerals, green apple, a touch of grilled peach, underripe pear and a saline and smokey finish. Lovely.

May 4, 2018 - Initially a little funky/near oxidative on the nose but this soon dissipated to reveal a lovely mature nose showing development alongside lovely minerality; similarly balanced and moreish on the palate this was 'à point' on the palate. No need to age further.
