November 18, 2013 - Pours clear ruby cherry red. Nose is interestingly spicy. Has some clove, herbs (thyme etc), floral tones such as rose petals, lily. Smooth medium bodied, good soft but assertive tannins. Red berries, lingonberries, some cherry. Very smooth and clean. Reminds me a lot of a malborough pinot noir, the way it's clean smooth and feels almost synthetic. Malborough lovers will love this one, unless the flavours don't match. Overall a good clean flavourful wine.

November 1, 2013 - Red berry aromas with strawberry in the fore on the nose. Medium(+) bodied, delivering tart red berries,a light herbaceous note, vibrant acidity and smooth tannins with a bit of heat on the finish. Quite refreshing.

    September 17, 2013 - A blend of Mourvèdre (65%) and Grenache (35%).

Quite translucent, even thin raspberry red color with a hint of maroon hue. In the nose the alcohol (14,8%) feels very prominently, giving the wine a rather boozy character. There are also aromas of sunny, plummy fruit, juicy raspberry and some jammy red fruits. On the palate the wine is full-bodied, soft and hot with quite obvious residual sugar (8 g/l) sweetness. There are overripe red fruit flavors of raspberry, blackberry and blackcurrant jam with some earthy spice. Tannins are very mellow and acidity feels really inadequate compared to the full body and sugary sweetness. Overall the wine feels like a sweet and supple crowdpleaser. The finish is sweet, rich and juicy, but very short in length with ripe flavors of pruney fruit, blackberry marmalade and raspberry jam along with obvious alcohol heat.

Nope. Just nope. A disappointment, really. Very anonymous, sweet and dull with excessive sweetness and too much alcohol. Why would somebody make a wine like this? Why should anybody buy a wine like this? Really poor value at 13,50€ and an insult towards both Mourvèdre and Grenache.
