August 28, 2015 - Pine forest, resin, dark cherry in the nose-good depth and intensity-acidity rises in the finish. I like the savory quality- the wine has depth and power without tasting sweet or too ripe. It is a unique expression of Russian River Pinot.

July 19, 2014 - porter creek (at the tasting road on westside road): very ripe dark berries on the nose very broadshouldered, good acidity, a little clumsy. A rather big pinot.
