Honeysuckle, candied lemon, orange peel, wet stone, almonds and just a hint of oxidation on the nose. The palate has less citrus and is more mineral driven, showing notes of wet stone, melon, white peach and bitter herbs. This is bone dry with medium + body, medium acid and a medium mousse.
Overall, a nice BdN. -

December 8, 2019 - Kept for 2 years, the previous bottle was drunk with great satisfaction for 2 years ago.
The color of the wine is now golden-yellow, like in a beer. This is still powerful, structured and very acidic, but the wine has already started to lose its fruitiness. The wine is completely dry, as it has always been. But I do not any more sense the richness that was so impressive for two years ago. Did I store this for a too long time?
