September 28, 2016 - Nice wine and really good QPR. Cassis fruit in a velvety package. Slightly sweet tasting. Balanced out well on second day. Some spice and tobacco on the finish.

March 17, 2014 - Excellent Cab Sauv - full mouth feel, smooth and with very little burn considering the alcohol content. Highly recommended. Paired nicely with a Filet and roasted vegetables.

December 21, 2013 - This opaque crimson wine delivers all of the goods when it comes to selecting a "Christmas wine" which we give to our friends as gifts during the holidays. Ripe, round, fruit-forward and luscious, it oozes aromas and flavors of black bramble fruits, tree bark, vanilla and allspice. Full-bodied and with big sweet tannins, it nicely hides its substantial alcohol (listed as 14.9%) behind its beautiful fruit...without a hint of heat. Solid in the middle and long on the finish, this is the poster child for reasonably-priced, New World Cabernet. Enjoy the hedonism! Drink now-2020.
