November 16, 2021 - Last bottle, thought it nice and rich, really good with left over rabbit, sauced over pasta. Yum.

October 19, 2016 - Garnet. Soft smoky aroma with a bit of heat, peppercorns, cherries. Good juice on the palate, clear acids, some aromatics at the back. Long finish. A pleasing wine, nothing fancy, good with sausages. 50 + 15 + 16 + 7.

June 8, 2016 - Excellent again. It takes a good four hours or so of air to calm down but then it shows many of the complexities and charm of the noble grape.

October 5, 2015 - Light with nice hints of rose and tar until the finish, which is harsh and alcoholic. Good candidate for spitting.
