July 28, 2014 - This wine was a lovely pale yellow color in the glass. On the nose, I got hints of some stone fruits - possibly peaches - and some citrus. But for some reason, I wasn't picking up on the grassiness/herbaceousness. On the tongue, it seemed a bit unbalanced to me. It was dry and tangy, with a strong lime finish. I paired it with mozzarella & some parsley, which was an ok pairing as far as taming the tartness but didn't do much to enhance the wine. I did try this again on day 3 and it was still pretty tangy, but not as overly so. I liked this best at fridge temperature.
