March 18, 2020 - This was very nice - easy to drink, slightly floral. Complemented food very well.

May 29, 2017 - Dusky ruby. Coffee, chocolate, black cherry, violets. Full bodied sweet dark berry core with a nice acid tail, smooth tannins at the back, lingering acid finish. Good with barbecued ribs. 50 + 16 + 16 + 8.

    May 28, 2017 - Dunkles Lila-Rot
Um einiges dichter als bei der letzten Begegnung.
    Schwarzkirschig,Brombeeren,würzig,Hauch Lakritze.
    Dicht,voller Körper,satt,fleischig,viel Grip,samtig,gute Tiefe,zwischendurch leicht alkoholisch.
    Mittellanger leicht prägend-dunkelfruchtiger Abgang
Immer noch sehr jung, warscheinlich noch mehr Potential.

December 25, 2016 - Nice dusty red berry and floral nose. Many in my family did not enjoy it as they thought it was too acidic and floral. I on the other hand enjoy this will be and like the lively palate and mix of fruit, earth, and bright floral accents.

May 26, 2016 - Crimson color. This is the 2nd bottle I ever tasted. All things are closed compared with the 1st bottle. I agree with the wine is in shut down phase but the great wine doesn't sleep like this. Blackberry, cranberry, violet, rosemary and clove aromas. Silky tannin but too much astringent, bitter taste here too. Unfiltered, unfined wine are not always superior to which did it. A bit unbalanced structure and rough alcohol raised. It could develop for a few years but I doubt whether it deserves to hold. If you have this already, let it breathe over 2 hours before you drink it. Alc. 14%
