June 25, 2018 - Opened a bit sooner than I had planned. Drinking nicely. Relatively pale. Good nose. Medium body. Good acidity and finish. Dominated by red fruit with some sour cherry. Open a bottle a year until finished.

August 26, 2017 - Good nose of red fruit, earth, spices, and green apple. Similar flavors with a dose of cool year acidity. Long finish. I think it is still coming together. Wait till 2019 or even 2020 for next bottle.
