  October 23, 2023 - PnP. Dark golden in color. Few bubbles, slightly syrupy . Nose of caramel, butterscotch, candied peach, slight floral. Low in acidity. Flavors of ripe fruit, butterscotch, orange, peach and nuts. Well made, but lacks the acidity to elevate it to their better cuvees.

  December 25, 2019 - Drank with Kimberly and Rett on Christmas Day with breakfast. Still plenty of tiny bubbles. I smell peaches and Carmen.

  December 19, 2017 - Dark golden in color. Slow rising bubbles through the syrupy wine. Nose of caramel, butterscotch, candied peach, slight floral, and a bit of honey. Notes of ripe pit fruit, butterscotch,and candied orange. Not overly sweet and well balance. Rather complex for a demi-sec.

  October 8, 2015 - Deep amber gold color. Baking bread on the nose. Fine thin bubble strands. Sour apple and peach tastes. Off dry. Full body.
