December 14, 2014 - Consistent w/previous in terms of flavor, but almost seems to be shutting down now; was better + more complex on 2nd night. Will be interesting to see where this is in a few years...

January 25, 2014 - Completely opaque purple. Deep, layered violet, blackberry, cedar. The nose is a little tight but that's to be expected at this stage. Young and vibrant and delicious.
