November 15, 2013 - nice garnet nebbiolo color and typical nose. At the palate, however, shows such an unbalanced acidity and shatrp tannins that prevent from sipping. My second Saloncello (the first some 10 yrs ago) confirms the poor quality of this entry-level Sertoli Salis wine, where SErtoli touch the sky with Canua (and somehow with Corte della Meridiana), Undrinkable the day after
