December 10, 2016 - Medium (+) to deep ruby, this Cabernet Sauvignon has a little bit of Cab Franc, Merlot, Syrah and Petite Sirah to round it out. The nose is still quite youthful and primary, with black currant, black berry and some minty herbs. The palate is dry, consistent with the nose, with medium acidity, medium (+) tannins and high alcohol. This is a full-bodied, structured win. It is drinkable now but really needs more time.
