April 10, 2017 - Had that nice aged zin nose. Ok fruit. Starting to fade. Fairly big mouthfeel. Pretty good but definitely would have been better a few years ago.

November 15, 2013 - this is a good drinking time for this bottling. all things were balanced and just right. the lower score due to a bit thinner than i was thinking i wanted from '08 zin. it may have been a personal preference at the time but still a treat

April 18, 2011 - Took a while. Tight with big tannins and very little fruit at first but after time opened up with cherries and sweet sorta kool aid finish. Airated 2nd glass and it smoothed out and became more enjoyable. Will wait, as BigBoy_Sonoma recommends, for a couple of years before trying again. Rather disappointing....There are plenty of other zins of this vintage that are drinking well right now.
