August 27, 2011 - Very approachable, full bodied Cab.
Lots of plum, cherry liqueur, and toasty vanilla on the nose with flavors of rich dark berries and sweet black cherries on the palate. Structured with well integrated, and mild tannins that lead to a long soft finish. Smooth with enough tannins to pair well and stand-up to a grilled ribeye. Very nice.
