November 29, 2011 - Outstanding bubbly for decorating the house for Christmas. Beautiful golden color. Tiny bubbles. Citrus, bread and mineral nose. Smooth tropical fruit flavors with a yeasty midpalate. Quite delicious sipped all by itself. My family always has a tradition of drinking sparkling wine while decorating for the holidays!

April 6, 2009 - Crisp and bright bubbly. Perfect for a spring day. Would be excellent with spring veggies, hollandaise, or lemon custard. Better flavours than many of the NV Frenchies at a lower price.
