    March 20, 2014 - This is as Sauternes-like that Virginia may ever get.
    Nose and color are spot on with Sauternes, color is dark golden, nose shows honeysuckle, molasses and melon. Palate has slight effervescence with notes of honey, white peach, honeysuckle and tangerine. Just magnificent, this wine has been favored blind against Ch. d'Yquem, and now, I see why.
