  March 11, 2022 - La Paulée de New York - The Verticals (Eventi Hotel - New York NY): Walk around tasting. Magnum. Biggest and most fat of the trio. A nicely ripe combination of red and black cherry flavors are supported by Asian five spice. Good weight, very good length.

  June 12, 2019 - Five winos excellent adventure , mostly in Burgundy; 6/7/2019-6/15/2019 (Beaune, France): Beautifully detailed nose displaying pure sweet black fruit, blackberry, blackberry liqueur, a hint of licorice, spicy spices and limestone. Gorgeous sensual palate, very finely layered pure black fruit, fluid and almost weightless, perfect amount of acidity and mineral and a seamless long pure black fruit driven finish. Despite being primary, incredibly complex and delicious.

  March 9, 2019 - Drank at La Paulee 2019 Liger Belair dinner held at EMP. Drank against LB VR Les Suchots and LB VR Les Petits Mont all 2012 all from Magnum.
  
  The Brulees was the most interesting of the flight. (More to come)

  March 8, 2019 - La Paulée de New York - The Verticals (Eventi Hotel - New York NY): Tasting from magnum, brief note. Faint touch of reduction restrains the nose, but a complex array of red and black cherry flavors are complemented by complex Asian five spice from start-to-finish. Good weight, very good length.
