March 9, 2024 - In the drinking zone if you want voluptuous fruit. Tannins present but very finely textured and pleasant mouthfeel. Does not require food to enjoy, but this went very nicely with nduja gnocchi (see Gousto’s recipe) and I imagine you could throw any pizza or pasta dish at this and be very happy. Drink or hold, there’s no rush with this.

December 24, 2023 - Delicious. Opened 3 hours before drinking and it was excellent. Great barolo like flavor profile with plush tannins and wonderful fruit.probably at the beginning of a nice 5 year drinking window.

April 13, 2023 - This wine was showing its best around 2-1/2 hours in. Full & vibrant fruits & tannins but easily in a good drinking window if you want a youthful wine. Tried the wine again on day 2 and while still delicious, it had lost a step. Hands down best on day 1. Very pleased with this purchase.
