April 1, 2015 - Excellent rose, nice and dry but very flavoursome. 14%alc.
Colour: classic rose bright pink/light red (rather than really pink)
Bouquet: aromatic varietal Cabernet Sauvignon, confectionary, strawberry, dry
Palate: intense varietal fruit, strawberry, cherries, cranberries, red berries generally, quite full bodied, herby and spicey, good long acid finish, very dry finish.
