February 17, 2014 - Clear pale yellow. Mild-medium intense nose of honey, lemon, flowers with a very slight tinge of wet cloth. On the palate, lots of apple, peach, pear, stonefruit, blood orange and a tinge of lemon. Sweet but not cloyingly so, balanced by medium acidity. Long finish of honey, really long...
