July 28, 2019 - Still crisp & dry now more restrained, white peach, pebbles, hint of honey, lovely. Would have been interesting to see how this evolved further but is was so good in its youth - a great food wine.

July 5, 2018 - My last bottle drunk at its peak.
Flinty/saline minerality and previously observed core acidity bring balance to the clean pineapple and hint of peachy viscosity. Long finish. Dry (just) and excellent accompaniment with our pork cutlets and salad.
This is not going to improve in my view and should be drunk up over next year or so. -

October 21, 2017 - Drinking beautifully but at its peak without, in my view, the potential to improve further. The striking granitic minerality and assertive dry finish (?Kabinett) are the standout qualities of this wine. Moreish at top quality with decent intensity that worked well with our pork cutlets. No diesel.
Drink up soon while grip and residual fruit are maintained. -
