  January 6, 2017 - This is one of those thinking wines, that you can ruminate on but can also ruin if you think too hard.
  
  Alone it is a little dense and overwhelming, but alas, all I have is sharp cheddar cheese, and despite its savoury charcuterie aromas, I can tell you from experience that it does not pair well with sharp cheddar cheese.
  
  If you so imbibe, you will experience subtle notes of molasses, fig and leather on the nose.
  
  Nice and savoury with good intensity. It would likely be a good match with charcuterie and rustic pasta sauces, but it does pair well with daydreaming of cinematic seasons... and that is most important for me today.

  July 9, 2016 - Rien de bien particulier mais à 22$ c'est tellement un produit honnête. Contrairement à bien des Barbaresco, c'est bon après seulement quelques minutes de carafe.
