January 31, 2022 - There's definitely a conversation to be had about the merits of leaving Rose for a few years. This, much like the 2010 Domaine Puy de Lome, has developed into a very interesting wine, with a rich, deep colour and some complex notes alongside the still mouthwatering fruit.
