August 6, 2021 - This wine is deep garnet in color. The wine is developing. The nose is composed of licorice, raspberries, coffee, chocolate, dried herbs, vanilla, dried blackberries, and prunes. The palate is consistent with the nose. The wine is dry with med acidity, med(+) ABV, full body, med tannin, and a long finish. Overall, this is an excellent wine that should be drunk now.
