  March 11, 2023 - Different bottling than the old-vine Greves from Bellene's domaine label. No info about the source on the back label, unlike others I've had from this negoce operation, but I have to assume it's a different source. Anyway, like a whole lot of 2010s, this is bizarrely not closed and developing faster than anticipated. It's mellow, red-fruited, with a light streak of gravel and no hard edges.

  October 17, 2020 - PnP. Purchased at an auction. Cork 1/3 soaked. Slightly unbalanced on opening with closed nose and slightly harsh tannin as well as hint of VA. After 3 hours, nose opens up with rose petal, sweet ripe black cherry, some barnyard on the nose. Medium+ acidity, and tannin became more integrated. Slightly more acidic than desired guessing there might be some heat exposure during the storage. Overall well made wine. Wish the condition was perfect when it might have been better 2-3 years later.

  April 8, 2014 - Medium+ aromas showing nicely balanced and elegant nose consisting of barnyard, cherry, and beetroot. Low-to-medium bodied with nice aroma replays along with some floral notes. Mouth-watering acids and a long, smooth finish. Good tannic structure has enough stuffing to age another 2 years. Score: 90+ pts
