November 1, 2023 - I quote my friend David Cooper: "clear light red with clear edges. Medium intense, orange pekoe tea, red flowers, red cherry and warm spices. Delicious tea infused red cherry fruit flavours and a nice dry finish with just a hint of acid prominent". That said, drank more like a 1er Cru than Grand Cru.

August 25, 2019 - Dark red with a thin brick edge. Nose of dark cherry, black currant and licorice. No rough edges as the wine delivers flavours of fruit, and herbs. A terrific bottle tonight.

March 30, 2019 - Compared to 1st bottle.... more savory cured meat flavors, more vibrant mature fruit, more focused earthy aromas. Enjoyed it, but would not search it out.

December 17, 2017 - Drank this with Big-Eye tuna seared very rare on a cast iron skillet, seasoned with black pepper and coarse sea salt. Slightly earthy, dark fruited nose. Delicious, vibrant, focused fruit with appropriate acid when tasted. Paired well with rare tuna, tho I'm not likely to search for more.
